By requesting a healing session, scheduling an appointment with any practitioner, and/ or requesting any of the services offered by D&A Energy Healing, you understand and are agree that the practitioner you booked is not a medical professional or other licensed professional, and cannot give medical, health or legal advice. Any information or advice given by any practitioner at D&A Energy Healing is not to be used by you in place of any medical or diagnosis from qualified and licensed professionals in those fields. Session by any practitioner at D&A Energy Healing are intended to offer insight into your personal life and do not in any way constitute medical, health or legal advice. Any practitioner at D&A Energy Healing will not be held liable for any damages resulting from the use of this website or as a result of any session or appointment you booked, or any persons or events related thereto, and/or any actions or decisions that you may make as a result, including without limitation, actual, incidental and/or consequential damages resulting from any claims resulting from any act or omission, negligence, fraudulent misrepresentation or otherwise, including without limitation, personal injury, death, loss of income, stress (emotional or otherwise), errors or omissions, or otherwise.

By registering and attending/participating in any of our session that we provide, you grant D&A Energy Healing consent and permission to capture photo/video footage of you present during the session.

  BOOKING A SERVICE/ CANCELLATION

Our services are non-refundable and final sale once we start any session, unless under the discretion of D&A Energy Healing. There will be no refunds for session that you believe to be inaccurate because accuracy has never been guaranteed. We do not offer refunds or rescheduling to those who are No-shows for live, (in person/ Zoom) sessions. Tardiness after 15 minutes of their appointment will be rescheduled, however second time will result in cancelation.​ The D&A Energy Healing does not provide results-oriented products; we are providing services that are experience-oriented.

PRIVACY & AFFILIATE DISCLOSURE
